Commodity return and exchange policy,
We only accept commodity return and exchange under the following condition, other condition would not be allowed for commodity return and exchange.
● Commodity varies with order;
● Defect due to non-human factor;
● Commodity varies with commodity instruction;
● The validity date of non-food commodity within 3 months.
Each order only allow 1 exchange opportunity.
Refund would be made if commodity is out-of-stock, other case for commodity refund would not be allowed.
Commodity not allowed for exchange.
● Procurement period after 7 days.
● Commodity already opened(Except spoiled products) or the commodity has been used by over 50% of its original volume.
● Spoiled products, used by over 50% of its original volume.
● Customers have a sensitive reaction to the product they purchased.
● The product has not been properly packaged, has been damaged, damaged or is incomplete.
● Any discounted or special offer that indicates that returns are not accepted.
● Any free, accessories and sample gifts.
● The color of the product photo may have color difference due to external factors.
● Small dirt, natural texture of leather products, including indentations on the inner and outer packaging of the product.
Commodity return and exchange procedure:
- Please provide your order details within seven days after receiving the goods: your name, order number and product problems (if any) and relevant photos. Please make sure all information is correct.
- The relevant goods must be sent by S.F. Express or returned to the store in person within three days after the customer service is notified.
- If you use SF Express, please inform the customer service about the SF tracking number after sending the goods.
The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions or suspend them at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute over the terms, Thai Land La reserves the right of final decision.
